ADDITIONAL MATTER DETAILS
The PLHA Formula Allocation Plan is a planning document which sets local strategies and funding priorities for use of the Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) funds. The Formula Allocation Plan specifically describes how Chula Vista will spend state PLHA resources over a five-year period for activities serving low/moderate-income persons, the homeless, and persons with special needs. Formula Allocation Plans may be amended when funding availability and public comment warrant an amendment.
ENVIRONMENTAL NOTICE
The Project qualifies for a Categorical Exemption pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines Section 15301 Class 1 (Existing Facilities), Section 15303 Class 3 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures), and Section 15061(b)(3). Pursuant to Title 24, Part 58.35(a)(1) of the Code of Federal Regulations and HUD Environmental Guidelines, the activity is Categorical exclusion under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).

Written agenda materials in appropriate alternative formats, or disability-related modifications or accommodations, including auxiliary aids or services, to enable individuals with disabilities to participate in public meetings or services will be provided upon request. DETALLES ADICIONALES DEL ASUNTO
El Plan de Asignación de Fórmula para PLHA es un documento de planificación que establece estrategias locales y prioridades de financiamiento para el uso de los fondos del Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA). El Plan de Asignación de Fórmula describe específicamente cómo Chula Vista gastará los recursos estatales del PLHA durante un período de cinco años para actividades que atienden a personas de ingresos bajos/moderados, personas sin hogar y personas con necesidades especiales. Los planes de asignación de fórmulas pueden modificarse cuando la disponibilidad de fondos y los comentarios públicos justifiquen una enmienda.
